Adams County Health & Wellness Expo

I wanted to let all of you know about an exciting event that we have coming up.  We are partnering with Novo Nordisk to bring awareness to diabetes and the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.   On Saturday, July 23^rd, we will be hosting our inaugural Quincy Health and Wellness Expo.  The event will take place at the Oakley Lindsey Center here in Quincy and will feature a special guest:  Tiffany Derry from Top Chef!!  Tiffany, as some of you know if a fan favorite for the Bravo television cooking show and specializes in healthier food options.  She will be giving cooking demonstrations from 11 am – noon during the event.

We are planning many other activities during the event and vendor booths.  Please see the attached flyer for additional details!  The event will be open to anyone and everyone in the community.
